Once you've gone through programs 1 and 2, you'll be able to take longer-format Scolio-Pilates courses. Apply your newly gained information about your body and spinal curvature to continue to apply your corrective exercises and gain strength.
When you've been dealing with chronic pain for a longer period of time, the first step in addressing that pain is getting the nervous system to calm so we can get our muscles to relax. This course will help you do that.
Continue to build on the skills you learned in program 1. You’ll learn new techniques to release tension, build stability and increase flexibility along your spine. We recommend repeating these exercises 3 times per week for at least 4 weeks.
