How to navigate The Scoliosis Solution™ Program

A step-by-step guide to Body Aware, Body Action and Body Whole

Getting Set Up

  • The first step is to submit your images (photos of your back and optional X-ray submission). You can find examples of the photos and the page to upload your photos here.
  • Once you’ve submitted your images, you’ll receive an analysis in 1-3 business days.

Exercises

  • Modules are meant to be done in order. 
  • You’ll start with Weeks 1-4, then progress on to Weeks 4-8, then progress on to Weeks 8-12 (coming soon). 
  • Each module contains exercises that are meant to build on each other. We start with getting to know your unique spine and curvature. This is crucial before moving on to more advanced movements.
    • We highly recommend you complete the entire 12 weeks of the program before moving on to the Long Format lessons. 
    • If desired, you can add more exercises by repeating lessons or adding Short Routines occasionally.
  • The movements are gentle. You may wonder how such gentle movements can have an impact on the health of your spine. The key is that these gentle movements help to realign the spine and build strength to hold postural corrections throughout the course of the day. 
  • Once you find a movement that feels good to you, begin to incorporate these movements in your day-to-day exercises.
