Live – How to use wedges with Melissa Lee: 10:00-10:30am PST

Join a live class with Scolio-Pilates® practitioner Melissa Lee. Please attend prepared to exercise, we recommend being in a location where you can perform the exercises consistent with our program. This may entail exercises where you are lying down (from a bed or other elevated surface is fine), seated (on the ground or in a chair), and standing up. Please keep your Pilates Wedges (washcloths and towels also work) nearby as well as a resistance band, chair to sit in, yoga mat and water (hydration is important!)

Recommended items to have available:

  1. Scolio-Wedges or washcloths (3 of each)
  2. A resistance band for strengthening.
  3. A yoga mat or a place to lie down, like a carpet or bed.
  4. Keep a chair handy
  5. Stay fairly close to a wall in case we need it for support.
