Join a live class with Scolio-Pilates founder Karena Thek. Please attend prepared to exercise, we recommend being in a location where you can perform the exercises consistent with our program. This may entail exercises where you are lying down (from a bed or other elevated surface is fine), seated (on the ground or in a chair), and standing up. Please keep your Pilates Wedges (washcloths and towels also work) nearby as well as a resistance band, chair to sit in, yoga mat and water (hydration is important!)
